so not sure what the name means but seems like would be a weird jump bridge pilot sitting in null sec somewhere.
Don't think there is a huge market for Leviathan Pilots, but im sure there are a few. good sec status is a plus. I wouldn't consider this a maxed titan pilot but maybe another 6 or 8 months of training it would be great.

as it sits 17 to 27 bil wouldn't take less then 20
if you maxed titan/cap skills out 30 to 40 bil easy.
