Did you know: It is more likely that Americans will recycle than vote

Just a great illustration that we're developing one hell of a phobia regarding coming into contact with garbage. If you share this phobia and don't want to hang out with the equivalent of human garbage, swing by [SOUND] chat today. We'll do our best to recycle your EVE experience into something more positive.

Did you know: Sugar and cocoa are often added to cigarettes, a fact many diabetic smokers are unaware of

Relatively sure that if you're a diabetic AND a smoker, you probably have far bigger concerns than a trace amount of cocoa added to your smoldering stick of death. Just sayin'. Want to heat up your EVE career while avoid the aftertaste of bittervets? Try joining [SOUND] chat for a conversation, we won't blow a bunch of smoke at you.

Did you know:The bits of paper that a hole punch takes out are called chads

We punch holes in lots of things, ships, structures, stations, sometimes even rocks but those are never ever called chads. SOUND, being classy about punching holes in anything and everything.

Did you know: Bullet proof vests, fire escapes, windshield wipers, and laser printers were all invented by women.

There are a significant number of women in our alliance, due in part to our anti douche bag ethos. Join [SOUND] chat to ask us about recruitment

Did you know: polydactyly is a dominant autosomal genetic condition, meaning that children of a parent who has polydactyly are at least 50% likely to also have extra fingers/toes.

Feel free to stop by [SOUND] public chat if you're interested in flying with a group of intelligent people who won't judge you based on how many fingers/toes you have.

I fight for the freedom of my people.

Did you know: That a regulation golf ball has 336 dimples on its surface.

Learning is nice isn't it? We like to teach out pilots and perfer to invite low SP pilots and have them grow with the corporation. Jump into [Sound] if we think alike.

Did you know:In the Middle Ages, floors were covered with rushes, which acted like a disposable carpet. If it got dirty, it was thrown away. Today, carpets are more permanent and vacuums often miss much of the dirt—and the germs

Nice to know that people in the Middle Ages were smarter than my grandparents, who swore by having carpets for no logical reason. If you do swing by [SOUND] chat and join our corp, you'll find the interior of our station is only filled with hardwood floors, proper cement and a fresh scent of spring, all year long.

Did you know: One of the most famous “true vampires” was Countess Elizabeth Bathory (1560-1614) who was accused of biting the flesh of girls while torturing them and bathing in their blood to retain her youthful beauty. She was by all accounts a very attractive woman.

So I get these factoids off a random trivia site and then I gussy them up with :words: and have been doing it for years. Sometimes though, I think the people who write the random trivia are more than a bit mental. Look at the way this factoid is constructed. It says who this person is, that they were a vampire, and that they bathed in the blood of young girls she killed in order to retain youthful beauty. THEN... and this is probably the best part, it closes with the fact that she was indeed very attractive. Almost in a way, saying that "well, it worked!" WTF trivia writers, you monsters.

Additionally, if you want to keep your corp youthful, spry and attractive, you need to recruit new players to EVE so you can BITE THEIR SHIPS AND STEAL THEIR POD JUICE. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. JOIN [SOUND] CHAT TODAY WE COULD USE FRES... oh wait... uh, we'd like to help you learn to love the game! And stuff! No ulterior motives!

Did you know: Scientists have explored only 1% of the ocean depths. They believe millions of new kinds of animals and fish are down there, waiting to be discovered

So what they're really saying is that there's hope for Atlantis yet! Maybe they'll find Prince Namor down there, or Mer-people. Or more fish. Regardless of what you think is UNDER THE SEA, swim by [SOUND] chat and we'll take a three... hour... tour! to see if you're a good fit on the S.S. RITES, ahoy!

Did you know: Sufferers of depression are more likely to have a heart attack than those who are not depressed. Additionally, people who have heart attacks or heart surgery are more at risk for depression

From the shocking news department, people who have heart attacks get depressed. I cannot at all imagine why, y'know, since they just had a freakin' heart attack. I want to see the eternal optimist who is like "Oh, just had a heart attack, boy, look at that rainbow, it's so awesome!" Relatedly people who get hyped to play EVE, an awesome game about starships, also get depressed when they join a **** corp. Swing by [SOUND] chat today, we'll do our best not to clog your arteries with douchebaggery.
