Intensive Reprocessing Array & Unrefined Goo

Can these be used to refine unrefined goo from alchemy? Would the base 54% apply to that giving me 54%x1.10 (from Scrapmetal V) = 59.4%?

By the same token does the upgraded null outpost base apply? Or do non-ore/ice always use 50% as base?

From the ingame description:

So no, only ore can be refined in a reprocessing array, and scrap metal reprocessing does not apply to the yield.
