23.14.2014 / 11.18 AM... Still nothing.

Bravo

I really don't understand what the problem is, get the emails from twitch and mail the codes yourself, it should not be that hard....

I'll not pay for a similar product...

Pretty much ensures I'll never buy anything from CCP through Twitch again. Really sad how much of a problem such a simple thing is causing.

Now I do request a "Twitch Engeneer" item ingame, redeemable with those subscription items.

Description may say something like "Specialised newsletter engeneer. Has been replaced by a team of highly trained monkeys as he failed to send a mail containing a code."

Maybe he could be loaded into a Survey Probe Launcher and be shot at a moon?

Not to pour gas on the fire, as I am waiting too, but there is an option, that I have just
deselected myself, perhaps CCP_Guard can have them re-email the codes to people, because I am
guessing I'm not the only one who had spam/email notifications turned off.

see imgur link for where to find it.

Hey guys.

The status is still unclear as of this morning and I'm really sorry about that. I know this sucks, I'm not exactly happy either if that helps. At least know that I'm on this on your behalf and will be until it's sorted.

I'll update you with any developments.

We'll look into any option necessary to sort this out.

@CCP Guard: Just send them recordings from EVE of destruction and tell this is what they're dealing with. Pretty sure they'll sort this in a blitz afterwards ;)

I can understand that but you aslo understand, that this is not only a failed delivery. There is an unjust treatment here, made by your third party delivery, so this CCP's fail and omit, to check that IF this third party can deliver these goods in the given timeline as CCP is reponsible for delivery, third party is only a middleman for its Subscribers. We as customers are in realtion with CCP not Twitch, so any failure I know CCP as responsible and first contact, not Twitch because I paid this money in direction and information given to me by CCP to see CCP's product or service. and I am heavily dissapointed to see that after that much time, still no officia statement that when it will be resolved or what will be the reperation of this issue as I am clearly demanding a reperation from thatIt is also needed as a show of goodwil.

sHould be added that it seems alot of people actually got their items prior to the livestream as well...
This is quite poor CCP.

EVE Vegas attendees got their items on Friday according to plan. It was never technically an option to distribute items to stream subscribers until after the end of event so the plan was never that those two groups would get the items at the same time.

But that's unrelated to this delay which we are extremely sorry for and continue to work towards ending.

Is there the possibility of the receipt for the subscription being sent to CCP then CCP sending out the code? If there is an email for it, I'll be forwarding that receipt immediately.

I can confimr my identitiy on the mail which I get the transcript and you can crosscheck it with my own mail to identify my identity with the mail which I use for EVE online subscription..

there are tons of possibilities, for ending customer dissatisfaction. Yet CCP chose to ignore it..

It is 23.10.2014 / 15:32 PM and still nothing.. what a shame

So I ask again:

WHY???

Why could the item codes not be sent as soon as payment was made?

Very simple, if you allow this, the people who get the mega early start dumping it on the market, price goes down to virtually nothing. Late buyer sees "hi definition stream" = nah, skip. Oh wait, cool items! Quafe mega already on market for nearly nothing = nah skip as well.

Also peeps keep in mind that Twitch is in San Francisco, so it will be about 15:00 eve time before we can start yelling at them...
