Clarification: Twitch stream buyers have not been getting codes at different times, it's the EVE Vegas attendees who have gotten their items. Those we distributed last Friday since we had all their information. Twitch items always had to be distributed after the event closed.

yep, that was me Guard. I talked to twitch support and there Engineers moved me over to the Twitch service. Apparently our accounts are still under Justin.tv. About 5 minutes after there email response I was up and running.

For anyone else having issues with twitch accounts and not able to find the info.

this is the address to the email support. I had a response within 10 minutes. Not sure what you guys will get, but it was quick to get resolved. Now if only the codes will go out already :/
