I'm thinking of getting my Standings boosted with Caldary Navy and would like to plan ahead before I fleet up with whoever it is that's actually going to be running the missions for me.

Again, it is not I who's going to accept or turn the missions in.

Given what's been described above, I would like to know please which of the following skills besides 'Social' is going to benefit me in any way while I'm fleeted and the mission gets turned in:
Social:
Skill at social interaction. 5% bonus per level to NPC agent, corporation and faction standing increase.

Fast Talk:
Skill at interacting with Concord. 5% Bonus to effective security rating increase.

Connections:
Skill at interacting with friendly NPCs. 4% Modifier to effective standing from friendly NPC Corporations and Factions per level. Not cumulative with Diplomacy or Criminal Connections.

Security Connections:
Improves loyalty point gain by 10% per level when working for agents in the Security corporation division.

Thanks to those who can help.

Connections will directly improve your standings for friendly factions.

Fast talk is for sec status improvements, like if you suicide gank people and get bad sec status, then want to boost it back up.

Security connections is strictly about the payouts.

If I'm reading your post right, the skill you want most is: Connections

I'll try to explain again:
I want to maximize the various Social skill benefits which are directly while I'm in a fleet and someone else is doing the missions and completing them for me during that time.

I plan to train whichever skill that is posted here to Level 4 - for as long as it's actually going to be beneficial to the scenario described above.

But before I spend up to 7 days training those, I would appreciate if someone could provide a definitive answer Smile

AFAIK the social skills apply to the person with those skills.

So if you are in a fleet with someone that is running missions (standings boosting service) and they are person taking the missions and handing them in, it's only their social skills that matter, not yours.

So I don't think you need to train any of the social skills unless you are planning to swap places and accept the missions at a later point or you think they might be useful at some later date.

you get 50% of what the mission runner earns when he turns the missions in, i believe it makes no difference what your skill lvls are at..
