I voiced my complaint, someone from CCP is here and says he's working to fix it. Not gonna demand a refund till I give them some times.. After all, they have never done it this way before, was bound to be issues..

Besides.. $9.. Pff.. So I'll make my own lunch today.

Yeah, I am not that pissed yet either, lol

Hard to get worked up over pixels being delivered timely...

However, that being said, I still wont be pissed when I do file if we do not have an updated time frame soon.

Not because of the amount, but more as an incentive to CCP to try to be accurate in their delivery times in the future.

Although, an extra boat or something for the minor inconvenience wouldn't be a terrible idea on CCP's part. :)

(Would not cost them a dime to do and would build some good will with those that are a bit more worked up over this I would think.)

Yea, a short walk outside in the sunshine should fix most irritations regarding this horrible $9 scandal. I'd suspect that the issue could even be resolved upon returning, if enough distance is traveled and there is no serious chaffing involved to prevent making it back. Check local weather listings if its been a few months since leaving the basement.

Just a short update. Twitch has an engineer working on this and we are hopeful that this will be sorted today (-ish, depending on your timezone).

The reason we can't distribute ourselves is because all sales go through Twitch this time and they have all subscriber data. That's why we agreed with them in advance that they would take care of item distribution with codes from us. So what you'll get from them in a Twitch private message will be a single code that you can activate here:

secure.eveonline.com/activation

Let me apologize for the delay once more and I'll update here as soon as I hear more.

Another guy had that issue and I believe he spoke to Twitch support about it and got it sorted. Try that as a first measure and EVE mail me if it doesn't work.

yep, that was me Guard. I talked to twitch support and there Engineers moved me over to the Twitch service. Apparently our accounts are still under Justin.tv. About 5 minutes after there email response I was up and running.
