If they own a Permit and are CODE-compliant, OP is out of luck of course; such is the law of high-sec.....

Amazing. And people say that guy isn't botting. BS, his script is just undetectable I'd guess.

Watching loyalanon communicate in local was hard to look at though. I think my 10 year old nephew speaks with more maturity. CODE shooting themsleves in the leg having that guy as their militant leader

Heratais,

Although it is the official policy of CODE. to not function as a mercenary organization at the alliance level, there's nothing that prevents individuals such as yourself from making arrangements with individual CODE./New Order pilots or groups thereof. As mentioned in a previous post, the bounty system probably isn't the best way to incentivize ganking operations against specific targets. Your best bet is to, as also mentioned previously, join the minerbumping channel (password isn't hard to guess or find) and speak with some New Order Knights and make arrangements directly with them.

Of course, if a target has a valid New Order issued permit, they won't be targeted unless they're in violation of the New Halaima Code of Conduct, so your mileage may vary depending on whether those you want ganked are good little miners or bad little miners.

I know in the past we've had third parties make these kinds of arrangements with our Knights with good results.

Any bounty over a few million is a nice incentive. Miner ganking becomes very profitable when I get a cool 2 million for a retriever or an extra 10m for a mackinaw gank.

Bounties are not really an effective way to incentivise a gank due to the way bounties work as a percentage of the target ship's value. As has been said above, there may be people in minerbumping willing to help on a fee for service basis. I would structure it as a business deal though with ships and bonuses provided; the New Order is nobody's private army. Apart from James 315 obviously.

That said, no bounty is too small to discourage us from enforcing The Code, and none so large as to distract us from our mission.

I think of them as a nice reward. Keep in mind my catalyst is much cheaper than the enemies exhumer or retriever, so the bounty increases my profit margins considerably.

I am guessing you don't do much large group PvP. The main requirement is that you are online constantly and willing to FC. There aren't a lot of players who will do that.

Any script that is entirely client-side would be undetectable by EvE unless it had some sort of process running in the background monitoring everything going on on your computer. People cry about banning ISBox and the like, but really there's no way for CCP to know who's using it and who isn't. They can infer from simultaneous actions in the logs, and in this case they'd almost certainly be right, but knowing is hard without risking huge privacy violations.

Bounties on miners - kind of useless. If the ships are expensive enough to give a nice bounty payment, they are expensive enough to gank for fun anyways. No ganker is saying to himself, "I would have left that ball of Mackinaws alone, but..."

The only gank worth going after for bounty is against a blingy mission runner. Slap a 500mil bounty on a marauder pilot with X-type mods and let the local bad guys know. Doubles the incentive - loot drops + guaranteed 500mil = yummy. Still plays into the first point though, he'd probably be targeted anyways.

Honestly, we hit our capacity in random attacks, and the in game bounty system is worthless. At minimum for directed attacks I would put kill mail loss as payout, or 100m per pilot per kill.

Another option might be paying 500m or so for a group of gankers to move to a specific area for a week, and set blue standings with your guys. This has to pay more as the logistics for it are much higher than for one or two targeted ganks.

I think the above options are fairly reasonable. Contact me in game if you're interested, and I'll discuss it with our alliance.

What he said.

An amount of money that goes into buying equipment for a small fleet for a period of a time will go a long way in helping us move to an area.

500M buys about 50 T2 catalysts, which is about a day's worth of ships.
