Says Item not found when I enter it into the item exchange box -why is this, will it be rectified soon?

You've never been able to make want to buy contracts for any BPCs. It will never be rectified.

The only blueprints you can create WTB contract for, are untouched BPOs. Any research means that you can't.

It's an artifact of how the system works.
