The first, and definitely the last time I bought a stream for the items. Not only did I realise until after you don't get the items upon buying, but clicking refresh on the twitch inbox all day is *no* fun at all..

you would think there would be an explanation by now. Already past the end of the work day in iceland. :]

Tell you what I do like though: A killer. A dyed-in-the-wool killer. Cold-blooded, clean, methodical and thorough.

Twitch is based in San Francisco, CCP probably should have mentioned a timezone. Anyway, I'm tempted to open a paypal dispute at 00:00 GMT ;) Someone should point out to Twitch that probably the only reason people are paying for the stream is the special items, so we'd appreciate some customer friendliness in this case. I was looking at the stream before I decided to buy it, I would never have paid for those extra pixels alone (didn't see much difference anyway).

There was an email for people who were at the event.

For people who subscribed to the twitch stream, you should be getting your code at some point on the 21st. (PST)

I must be missing something here what's this code thingy and how is it related to the new megathron? I've been out of EVE lately due to being busy.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!

those who went to eve vegas and or those who subscribed to the twitch stream will be getting a code to get some digital items in eve such as the quafe megathron skin

Hey!

Twitch is handling the distribution and will be sending you the codes in a Twitch message today. The guys handling it are on Pacific Standard Time which is 7 hours behind us so it may actually end up being Wednesday for some of you :). Probably already is Wednesday for some of you in fact. But it's all happening. I hope I see some Quafe Mega kill mails when I wake up tomorrow morning.

Appreciate the response, but next time you offer this stuff you might not want to promise "21st AT THE LATEST" when dealing with companies 8 hours behind 70% of your customers. (Special bold for the dumb promise).

Tends to set off panic when people don't deliver as promised and folks have coughed up money.

Agree that it should be handled as promised.

But on the other hand I understand that this is something that needs to be handled by Twitch.

As far as I know this is the first time (afaik) that the code is delivered via Twitch so it's perhaps a learning school for CCP. Sure they take it into account for the next stream subscription.

Glad to hear it is still on the way, but as was mentioned, next time, Wed the 22nd at the latest would have been better (Or even, 'We'll try to have them out on the 21st) :p Unless you guys are able to get together with Twitch and see to it that the codes are all sent out at a specific time.

Can't wait to get the stuff though..

Well, I guess Europe TZ is going to wake up with the Mega only to find a market flooded with the stream items and nothing left to sell. Nice job.
