Has anyone ever scanned down resources on planets in your area?

I am coming up with a Library of Planetary Interaction of each planet in the new eden cluster. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for this new upcoming project.

The idea of this project is not only to inform the newest of our community but to share with the community where the most resources are in the cluster.

Also I will be updating the status of the project upon release to the eve community. If you're interested in helping out with the project. Contact me, and I will contact you ASAP.

Shocked All 66,869 of them? Good luck with that.

Stay away from mine, I don't like sharingTwisted

They say that it was impossible for man to walk on the moon. Well we sure proved that theory wrong 45 years ago and I'm sure that nothing is impossible only if you make the commitment.

I was not inferring it was impossible, just idiotic.

Not only that, if I know where good planets are, why would I want to point that out to everyone else? Your project is like making a project pointing out all of the high margin trade items, the result would be the loss of those margins making the project an exercise of futility.

At least it keeps me busy. I get bored easily.

What do you mean by 'scanning down'?

As in 'this is where all the hotspots are, and how hot those are' or 'here's a list of all the planets, by planet type'?

Woo! CSM XI!

honestly...

I don't see the point. I mean, WH/Null > Low > Highsec is range of best planets, after that it's more imo about the % of custom taxes (in highsec) or where it's easiest to avoid ganking.

Just seems like a lot of work for not that much benefit but good luck in any case.

Shameless advertising: If you are looking for a secluded space to conduct your PI activities, Carebearium can help. For example, the least-active system in lowsec / npc null with storm, lava and ice planet.

Carebearium - find the best solar system for you!

Do you intent to reinvent something like this ?
Might be a little outdated (I honestly have no idea whether or not there have been changes to PI abundance in the past), and there's no real search available, but you can download the entire data dump and just use whatever tool suits you to crunch through the data.
