Can't see some people's chat messages

So since a few days ago I'm having the following issue: With this character, I can't see some people's chat messages. With most people it works, but the chat messages of one of my corp mates and those of my alt don't appear for this char. I'm using the same client with both, and the issue exists when I'm only logged in with one as well.

At the same time, my alt doesn't have that issue at all.

So far I have tried: Clearing cache from ingame, from the launcher, and manually deleting the My Documents and AppData EVE and CCP folders, also renaming and deleting the bulkdata folder.

Furthermore, it appears to be an issue with my character, specifically. With other chars on this account I don't have this problem.

Is it possible that you have blocked your corporation? If you have blocked your corporation then any messages sent by your corp mates would not be displayed. You can see who you have blocked by opening the 'People and Places' window and on the left side you can see you contacts. At the bottom of the list should be the 'Blocked' section. Open that and remove your corporation if it is listed there.
