eve will not launch.

open eve online --> log in --> click play --> "launching,,," --> goes back to play and nothing happens


mac 10.6.8 13in

spent a whole hour trying different things

tried: lowering resolution, deleting whole application support --> eve online folder, restarting computer.

maybe because I just activated using the 10 free days?

Ok

so on the launcher settings, they gave me options to : clear the whole cache and clear client cahe.
I tried both but neither did anything..
