CPU problem with dominix

I got a free 10 day trail yesterday and I bought a dominix , after I active the ship I found that I only got 621 CPU,the original CPU for dominix is 600,my CPU management skill was trained to lvl 5 long time ago,I think I should have 750 CPU after I active the ship,can anyone tell me what happened to my dominix?

Do you use drone rigs? Because every drone rig reduces the CPU of a hull by 5-10% depending on your drone rigging skill.
