As far as how many catas it takes to gank a freighter, 10 should be enough, with maybe a cruiser to tank the guns/facpo. Obviously given the significant white knight presence, lack of sp, and desire for extra dps to make sure the gank works CODE uses more than 10. Fact remains that it is real easy to pull this off and throw all of highsec commerce into a tailspin.

The closes to your number is 14 and they were using talos. Fact is that outside of the one month long event in a handfull of systems freighter ganks struggle to hit 3 a day.

You're right, something is happening and I'll tell you what: the fact that they impose a 10m Uedama surcharge means that their couriers still pass through the system all the same as before, complete their contracts and pocket the extra fees at your expense.

We went over your numbers before and they didn't quite hold up to scrutiny. Moreover, last time I checked highsec industry was still intact.

Does it matter which freighter, they seem to have some slightly different traits ?
