Tech II Strip Miner Laser Color Should Reflect Crystal

I'm not asking for a mirrored disco ball (ok, but I wouldn't be upset if it were included), but why shouldn't a miners lasers reflect the colored crystal used to mine it? How cool would it be to see a bunch of colored lasers in a mining fleet?

Finally. A nice idea about mining that isn't a demandy entitlement-fest for OP features.
