Again.. any chance you can post a fit :)

It's pretty easy, you just fit a MAPC and a caldari navy invuln. People will pop you for the invuln but the chances of anyone scanning you before trying to pop you with a single BC are minimal.

Or if people are really so concerned with not being blown up they really should just fly Rokh.

I also use shield repping drones and whilst that might count for very little the hope I have it will encourage the single gankers to go after the guy next to me as he will offer the best chance of success.

Shield logistic drones? You mean on your orca? I am sure you are aware that you can not target yourself.

Sorry.. what I mean is that I have light shield drones (as well as light combat drones) on my hulk so when I mining with alts / corp mates we shield rep each other.

Like I said, it counts for very little but if its enough to make the ganker go after the other guy then they have done there job

People in this thread literally amaze me.

Look, we joke around and make trolling jokes, rate threads with a troll rating etc etc... But I don't think for a minute that anybody actually thinks that killing an exhumer repeatedly is not "grief play". It is clearly defined by CCP, clearly a ban-able offense, and clearly unenforced.

Seriously, you are intellectually 12 if you think anything but "Its against the rules, but CCP does not enforce that rule".

how can you fit ice harvesters on rokh ?

And mining in Rokh = click fest = doable, but you need non-stop indie or you just lose everything you mine.
but yes in high sec 173k ehp / 818 yield looks solid. 625 m3 cargo ..

This works once, but after that you are for sure on watch list, and chances for a ship scanner on a suicide ship should be not so dim as you think.

Remove insurance.

Yes and no

Forgetting the OP for a moment,

If you are ganked once and then return to the same spot minutes later and then ganked a 2nd time and then go back to same spot again you are asking for trouble.

If you are ganked.. go back out to a different spot then ganked again, go back out to a different system and then ganked again each time by the same person then yes, you might and I emphasis might have a case.

Problem is since ganking is a approved game mechanic and is perfectly legal how can it be considered griefing?

Say you want to force somebody out of your system for what ever reason, they could be supplying your quite little system with goods and the competition is hurting your profits.

This person is in a NPC corp.. your only method of hurting this person is to gank him.

So if you target this person and repeatedly gank him.. is this grief play?

What happens if 2 people take a dislike to each other in low sec and one person makes it his mission to follow and to destroy the other person as many times as possible and this results in say 5 kills in a few hours, all in low sec, is this grief play?

The person is quite clearly is going out of there way to kill the other person but because its in low sec is it considered ok?

Grief play is very difficult, almost impossible to police when all people are doing is using a approved in game mechanics.

Do you believe there's a case of that in the case of the OP? Do you think the gankers want to make the OP leave the game?

Actually, very early on this thread became all about Tippia's favorite game, namely "Reduce the Troll to mouthing one line Meme's" as quickly as possible.

As usual, Tippia wins... Troll loses.

However, we now have a great new meme for the EVE challenged.

"BECAUSE OF KESTREL" Big smile

I do believe that this was not the case.

And with some of the OP responses : I dont want to tank my ships or move elsewhere or do something else i want fly this ship and be in this system mining ice at this spot.

Sound unhealthy.

Justice is Tippia's only reward.

"Because of Falcon" may be better, but "Because of Kestrel' is even more pathetic, and therefore more hilarious. Smile

Some of the earlier comments mention you can kill the -10 on sight.

So they lose a ship worth barely 500k isk and he gets to pop you 200m isk hulk. Suicide ganking is free kills with an absolute minimal punishment. Not commenting on OP's greifing accusations as they did not greif as he did not move.

I would like to see all forms of high sec killing that provokesa concord response given an escalating fine, say 10m isk for the first and then double it for each successive one, 20m for second, 40m for third, 80 m for fourth and so on. Of course good behaviour will reduce the penalty over time but then at least there would be a significant penalty for breaking the law in high sec.

At the moment suicide gankers have it easy and the worst part is they are mostly alts who are feeding their main who is risk free.
