Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Every couple of seconds or so the brighter colours such as whites and yellows flash red/blue/green and there would usually be a lag spike when this happens (not always). Even if I am in the hanger pretty much all the lights would turn into red/blue/green patches. If I block out all the lights, say with a menu of some sort, then menu would seem to 'refresh' or at least that's what it looks like. I can't play as it has given me a headache and I have tried playing with the display settings but to no avail. This did not happen on my previous laptop so I assume its something to do with my current laptop, which is of a much lower spec (yet no issues in FPS).

My current laptop is an HP Envy 15 Notebook:

Windows 8.1
8GB RAM
AMD Radeon HD 8650 + 8750M Dual Graphics
AMD A10-5750M APU Processor

I don't really use it for gaming that often but it would be nice to play EVE every now and again if I'm away from home.

Please say if you need any more information, I'm new-ish to EVE and this is my first forum post so my bad if I'm doing something wrong.

P.S. I tried to get screenshots but I could never get it quick enough and I don't really want to go back on just yet because my head is killing me.
