Can fly all t2 minmatar cruisers apart from Hictors, 2 days from flying a nag. has a full +5 clone sitting in a low sec station, sec status would be cleared before selling so just ignore that. One other jump clone that is located in null sec, unnaccessable currently, a goonswarm station. No killrights available.

you would be looking at around 15+ billion so i would set the start as that and see how high it goes from there. good luck
