I am now offering 3rd Party Wormhole sales for 10% of the sales price.

I am new to this and obviously don't (yet) have the reputation of more established Brokers, but anyone is welcome to contact any of my former CEOs and ask about my trustworthy character etc. Reputation is more important than ISK and I stand to gain more in the long run by being honest in my dealings

I have decided to venture into this business largely because a certain group of well established and trusted Brokers (whom I previously always used) are hardly EVER online *cough*. Oops My Broker service will work the same as every other Broker you have ever used (if unsure see bottom of post)

I have been selling wormholes as I come across them since I moved into w-space in December 2013. A few times, when me and the buyer have grown tired of waiting for a Broker, I have suggested that I Broker myself. Luckily some people have trusted me and much time has been saved.

The latest time (today) I thought I should move into the Brokerage business to fill a much neeed gap in the market, and make some money while saving us all a lot of time waiting for Brokers to come online. Many hours of my life have been lost to this phenomenon.

For people unfamiliar with how Brokering/3rd party services work in wormhole sales, I will describe below.

Wormhole Brokering

In order to prevent scamming of the buyer during wormhole sales, many people will only buy a wormhole using a 3rd party, or broker. This prevents non-existant or fake wormholes being sold as the seller does not get the money until the buyer confirms they are happy with the system in quesiton. In the converse. Often the seller is happy to use a Broker as the majority of people as I said will not buy a WH without one. It goes like so.

1. The charge for brokering is 10% of the sales price that buyer and seller have agreed on. Usually this is 5% each from buyer or seller, but they can negotiate that between themselves.
2. The buyer sends the money to the Broker
3. The Broker confirms to the seller that the money is received, and the seller gives the location of the wormhole to the buyer
4. The buyer makes their way to the wormhole, and checks it out. When they confirm to the Broker that everything is as described by the seller, the buyer will confirm this to the broker.
5. The Broker then sends the ISK to the seller, minus the fee (10%)

Thus for a small amount of extra money (5% each) safety is garunteed for both party.

TwistedSmall PrintTwisted

* The brokerage fee is non-refundable
* If the wormhole is not as described or has any online towers in not part of the agreement, the Broker returns the ISK to the buyer, minus 5%
* The Broker is not responsible for anything other than garunteeing the above fact. While such occurrences are extremely rare, the Broker is not responsible for any eviction or attack on the new wormhole dwellers.

Thanks for considering me, hopefullyt the testimonials will build up below.

Previously used his service. Easy transaction, smooth transfer. I would recommend him for any WH sales.
