Startup W-Space Corp ... Widows and Orphans

Having spent a year living in w-space with previous corporation, it has become time to venture out and establish a start-up corporation with w-space as its focus.

We currently have the ability to scan a static C3, allowing us to select the ideal space into which to move, and at this time are located in Empire with equipment ready to move-in, allowing us a little time to begin establishing a player base and getting to know new members, being ready to move in at a moment's notice once the space has been located.

Who we're looking for: Experienced exploration teams desiring to be part of a new initiative but we're also happy to take on anyone who would like to explore and live in w-space. Our goal is to have a 3:1 experience/non-experience ratio. Before entering into w-space, members will need to validate they can scan effectively.

Also, we're needing players who can live with a NRDS (Not Red Don't Shoot) policy. If you shoot first, ask questions later, we're really not going to be a corporation that suits your style.

Short-term goal: 10-15 members
Long-term goal: Branch out divisions of 10-15 members into other w-space regions or establish a home in C4+ systems.

We pay members who participate in w-space!!

How it works:
1. Everything harvested/looted by members is placed into a designated POS tab
2. Once a month, these items are taken out to market and sold
3. Once sales are complete (on a 7-day sale cycle) 10% of total sales are taken off the top as a corporation "tax"
4. Any POS fuel materials we're missing for fuel block manufacture are then purchased ( I have an alt who mines my ice and Non-Ice components will be being produced through PI, limiting or negating any requirement to purchase)
5. The remaining balance is then evenly distributed among the w-space participants (if approved alts are also among the participants, the primary character will receive the distribution.)

Big key note is that these distributions should not be your only source of income and plan accordingly. There will be good months and there will be bad months. R&R trips to Empire are completely authorized and encouraged and when ready to return, let us know and we'll be on the lookout for an entrance for you.

All members will also have the opportunity to input suggestions and changes. Nothing is 100% set in stone but established as a foundation upon which to build. If something isn't working, we'll fix it!

We'll have in place a lab and a refinery for those who wish to use. As we grow, we'll be setting up manufacturing capability for those members who have a need. We'd like to be able to offer all options to our members as we grow and you can be a part of that development.

Timezone: US Mountain (GMT -7). However, all timezones welcomed, just be aware that at the start, you may or may not be the only one on. W-space, ideally, needs 24/7 presence :-)

Language: English

Be easy going and play only when you can. We have no playtime requirements. If you can only log on to check skills, kick off PI, we're happy with an o/ in corp chat.

Feel free to contact me in game should you find this an opportunity you would like to become a part of.

Would you be interested in a worm hole co-op situation? I lived in a Wormhole for 14 months with another corp...the advantage to that is having multiple pos's in the system... I am very experienced with Wormhole operations and I would only be interested in the combat aspect...ie..... Combat sites and annoms....I don't mine ore or gas.....contact me ingame when you see me to see if we can work something out

This is an interesting choice for wormhole space.

Kinda makes for an uneven playing field for sure.

Subject to change, and agree, it can make it a challenge. In the end, members (or alliance should one be established) will ultimately decide upon that aspect of play. Your input is valued and is a topic I have placed at the top of the list for review.

Still interviewing players interested in w-space or looking to become a key part of being on the ground floor of starting something new.
