These types of silly posts should be expected for a few weeks after an unpopular but much needed change is done.

And I say no to docking fatigue, since that implies Titans and Supercarriers should be able to dock.
They should never be able to dock. Although I support the ability to reprocess them at some reduced efficiency.

oh can we get fatigue from logi/triage too! that would be really swell
and soon we can introduce fatigue for using...get this... Stargates!

Fatigue from logging in, undocking, activating modules, and using any chat channel.

That will clearly fix this game...more time spent doing nothing. TIDI everywhere, all the time.

Doomsdays are supposed to be rare and powerful. You're supposed to celebrate at each one (and count the fuel costs...), not slather Shrike's Avatar in 20 hot doomsdays* until it dies.

*I don't know exactly how many Shrike took.


We might all like a good orgy of destruction, but that's just far too obscene.

To be fair, it was the attitude of "less time spent doing nothing" that brought us jump drives and titan bridges and all the things that have served to make EVE's thousands of star systems less than trivial to cross, contributing to the way things are now.

While I don't quite feel that this is necessarily the most elegant or gimmick-free way to handle the problem, it is a way and it's markedly better than the ideas that have been suggested thus far (short of removing jump drives, any kind of bridge and supercaps altogether, which is a perfect win IMO).

OP is probably trolling, but I would change the doomsday skill so that it gives no damage increase, but it would instead give 7.5% reduction in reactivation time per level and 5000 fuel reduction per level.

Workarounds are not bugfixes.

That way the skill balance is do want to shoot faster or shoot more
Buff DD to lvl 3 of now skill.

Tradeoffs should be more pronounced at that point.
Oh and DD can now hit pos and stations, since the mobility nerf is going

Yeah let's do this with all skills if it increases damage or should increase cap cost that sounds like a good idea
