Ok, I need to stop playing games like this at night with the lights off.

Why Can't I have a picture signature.

Also please support graphical immersion, bring back the art that brought people to EvE online originaly.

It's worse than Outlast in that regard. The fact that it's not just using poor visibility to hide how scripted it is, like Outlast, makes it even worse.

It's much more open, with a bunch of different ways to move around and approach things. Which means more avenues for the Alien to hunt you.

Oh, and it's actually hunting you, it tracks you by scent and sound among other things, and it's AI adapts to your actions while you are playing the game. There is genuine dread there, not just anticipation for the next jump scare.

One of ours, ten of theirs.

Best Meltdown Ever.

There will always be an unexpected glitch in a game.

I've seen behavior in streams of the game that appear to be a line-of-sight detection bug, but it's mainly occurred when the streamer is playing on Easy difficulty.

I stopped watching streams after players would get more than a couple hours into the story, but based on some of the footage I've seen of harder difficulties, you can't rely on hiding for very long.

Would like to get my hands on this game eventually.

The alien on easy and medium is pretty much braindead, hard is where its at...

Loved it, and im usually not a big fan of those type of games. Big smile

Bingo. To the person above who highlighted the glitch, yes, sometimes you will survive when it may have seen you. On hard it's considerably more punishing. It's especially keen on nailing you when you are trying to hack a door or something.
