WTB focused carrier pilot

Looking to buy a focused carrier pilot skills of interest below
Fighters V
Carrier V
Jump Drive cal V
Must be able to fit carrier properly with level 3-4 capital support skills
all other support skills must be of a decent level if not V
Not interested in sitter or character who has way to much other stuff
however combat related skills are not looked over.

Please post your toons/threads and price below
Im looking to buy today and have around 30bil to spend with a little leeway for the right kinda toon

so you do realize that you can use faction fighters, rather than paying at least an extra Bil for fighters v

so i suppose +20% damage

because i'm skilling carrier pilot for sale, do you rat with fighters or centries? Fighters take extra to switch targets and don't necesserly have as much of applicable damage.
