Is there any way to contact NCP groups? Specifically the 4 empires, specifically Amarr?

I have a few things that, as a capsuler I would regularly bring to their attention but are not violations of Game Mechanics/EULA etc. Is this possible?

That thread is old. Is CCP Falcon still keeping an eye on these contacts? Because there's a few on the list that I would love to contact myself, if for anything, to learn more on how to support their factions.

Well, I supose it won't hurt to try and send an EVE mail to them.

Am I the only one here who does not understand what "contact" specifically refers to?

What would you "talk to" an NPC about? This all sounds like RP to me.

You can read your mails in third-party programs and you can reply to mail via the EVE Gate. I wouldn't be surprised if that's how they kept on top of everything related to those chars.

 Talk is cheap, but Void S and Quake L are cheaper.
