isk has been sent to character and account details for transfer

seller is liquidating his assets and then starting transfer.

will await confirmation of receiving isk and when transfer has begun.

*update for ccp* character lost some sp in a podding (1.4m sp) so we came to a deal where I will be refunded a small portion of the buyout price to compensate for the lost sp, both parties are now happy and will continue with the sale and transfer.
