You may want to define "actionable". Shaking your fist in anger at a bogus supply route is an action.

Nul leader, I would be taking a long hard look at my holdings and thinking where I might relocate ti that would offer best access, ease of logistics, etc. I would then be moving ships and staking claim to that region. Once done, them I would let my group know the logi plans.

So you may be asking for info way too early.

Its not like your going to be able to do anything, jumpfreighters are still invulnerable 99% of the time in low sec, and if you try to pull a fast one in null then your going to get Shrekt by a fleet much larger than you can field. Would be better to get an alt into those groups, figure out where the supply lines were going, light a cyno in a bubble under the guise you were lighting it on station for your own freighter or carrier and have friends waiting to kill them off before they can react while you warp your alt off laughing evilly .

Also you owe me 5% of whatever drops if you use my idea, typical business deal and not too overbearing either

Jump freighter's jump from highsec to null, then pick up or drop off, then jump to lowsec before slow warping back to the hub.

Usually using a pet corp. Intel given give me isk.

I'm not sure what you're after, exactly. Are you unsure where their staging systems are and you want someone to tell you?

Per Null-sec region there are a limited number of useful entry/exit systems for jump freighters (which is what I assume you mean). What you'll see is that these systems won't change unless a war causes large scale swapping of SOV. Likely candidates can easily be found on evemaps.dotlan.net.

It would appear (although I'm not in the loop about this) that NCDOT and the CFC are squaring off for a major confrontation and that the first battlelfield will probably be in Tribute or Vale so I would expect no changes in their staging systems at all. NCDOT and PL will come from the south, CFC will come from the North. This is already the status quo.

That's too bad, however I have had plenty of success retrieving intel from disgruntled members of CFC among others. Perhaps I won't need it.

Try Gehi. You might get lucky and find a Rhea undocking. If you're unlucky you might just get a few supers cyno on top of you instead. But hey. It's action.

I have seen dedicated explorers Showing others like you the routes they found to cut time travel via WH space....

Black Ops ships using Covert Jump Portals with Covert Cynos are NOT allowed to use Covert Cloaks. That makes sense.
