They were awesome, big pretty white powdery explosion on impact and no aggro so you could fire them at people in highsec.

Most of us saved our snowballs till like summer and started firing them at peopel in highsec which caused them to freak out and shoot back Twisted

I joined not too long after the snowballs, and was still able to play with them. IIRC, I got someone to actually attack me and get CONCORDed. It was rather amusing... I wish they would do that again... maybe make it a holiday gift? I'd totally choose that.

I'd actually pay extra to have the snowballs as a permanent in game item

Apparently they aren't technically possible with the way launchers are coded at this time so dream on.

Plus they annihlated bots which CCP hated. Snowballs will confuse bots too much so there is no way CCP will allow them in again.
