Has anyone released a lottery application to the eve community yet, that we can install ourselves?

Ultimately, I would like to release a small (non-profit) "blink" auction that's limited to my corp. So I'm looking for something in PHP, that I can install myself. API support would be ideal, but is optional. The ability to 'queue' auction items would be nice too, but again - optional.

I will be releasing a new generation of lottery tracker for the public to use for free in the next month or so; its project of mine that has been sitting on the back burner for a few years now due to RL, university, work etc.. Im trying to get it finished in my free time. Its in its last stages of development.

However, this is aimed toward the generic lottery kid of format, buying tickets by sending money etc

If the source was available for download, I would be all over that. Although, a hosted solution could work - it's not what I'm really after.

With that said, I didn't know about eve-lotteries.com, so thank you for the link! We might have to give that a try, if I can't find anything else.

Im just finishing coding up and application for someone atm but i'll be available to code up a nice little script to do the job you require.
