I'm sorry bro, but it really looks like you are upset or at least tickled by those coming changes.

What's the matter?

explain to me plz how dropping a single bomb on the undock to clear a bubble for capitals to jump doesnt solve the issue of hobojamming without dev time and actually promotes teamplay, as opposed to this waste of dev-time?

You should have to use "Team Play" to camp an ALLIANCE in a station, not just 1 nerd running a macro. If you cannot do this, i suggest you "get more friends".

if you think hobojamming requires a macro, you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

If you think 1 person hobojamming can camp 2 people in a station you're sadly mistaken.

take a bomber outside a station, cloak up within range of the undock, have your friend undock his capital and ctrl+space straight away. wait for the hobojammer to drop the bubble and dock up. launch the bomb at the bubble. when the bubble dies, jump the cap out. then see the hobo jammer undock wondering where the cap went.

its
that
f**king
simple.

It was a risk-adverse mechanic, if you want to pin a cap group down bring a fleet or be more creative. You can tell it's a good change by all the mad in here, good man Fozzie.

God this kid, go ahead unsub your accounts just do it quietly will ya? I can just imagine this guy in his mommys basement:

"Look at me mommy I drop a bubble and I dock up and it causes people grief. Weeeee!"

His mom: "Jr why don't you go outside and play with the other kids instead of blowing bubbles or whatever you're doing on that video game of yours"

Him: "But mommy the other kids beat me up so I have to sit here bubbling this station to cause people grief so I can get my revenge. Weeeeee!"

Anyway, unsub quietly will ya, 99.9% of us think this is a good fix to a clearly broken mechanic. And I am very sorry we've taking away your sole purpose in life.

While I do generally detest docking games - and hobojamming was definitely a docking game - I'm not really happy with this change. Not least because I know it pissed off Pasta so much (hi guys!). That was actually the only reason I liked it. Such a surprise to see them gloating over this change.

But, I have to ask, where is the downside to living in a 0.0 NPC station now? You have complete security in 0.0 space and now it is much harder to interrupt your 90% AFK cloaking, 10% active hot dropping play style. It already required two characters paying attention - one watching outside the station and one to do the dictor work. At worst, it required you to plan how you were going to get capital ships out of the station (all other ships just had a slight delay burning out of the bubble).

So, where is the downside to NPC 0.0 stations? Perhaps station services should be very easy to disable and cost more to use? At the cost of an aggro timer, station guns, and standing to the NPC corp of course. You could have them automatically repair over time.

Or you could disallow docking unless you have neutral or better standing towards those NPC's? Why should the Blood Raiders ever let this character dock?

I get that 0.0 NPC space is supposed to be like 0.0 training wheels, but it should have some real disadvantages. You just took the biggest one away.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

Does this mean I can undock in K3J now? I've been trapped in here so long... I'm not sure if ill fit in the world outside... I hear it's different from the one I once knew....

I remember feeling the same way when Razor was staging in 6NJ and BL was doing the same to us. Funny how the world turns, isn't it?

Confirming that we are really mad about hobojamming.

Look into my eyes, see the rage.

There are a lot of downside to NPC 0.0 stations, but not in PR- because Pasta is living there.

You have sovs everywhere, whats the matter ? Why do you take time to camp PR-?

We dont afk cloak that much come on
