Client Freeze Without Launcher with VS13 open

Something a bit funny happens with EVE when you have Visual Studio 2013 open in the background. EVE Freezes and crashes with a "exefile.exe has stopped responding" after only a few seconds of being opened. If you start EVE first, then open VS13, EVE crashes immediately. HOWEVER.. if you start EVE with the launcher, it has no affect whatsoever, only if you launch it via direct exe.
