(WTB) Frigate/Cruiser- T3 Specialists!

Ideal characters should have:
-Exellent/Near-perfect Core skills
-AWU V or damned close
-Exellent shield and armor tank
-Relavent weapon system skills max or close

Ship types i'm interested in the most:
-Loki, Tengu, Legion
-Assault Ship (Yeah, that's right!)
-Battlecruiser

My budget is essentially open-ended. I'm a successful trader and I have lots of isk to burn if I see something I REALLY want, i'll have it.

What I want to avoid:
-Half-baked tengu alts with negligible support skills.
-Characters with lots of industrial waste
-Characters invested heavily in battleship/capital ship skills
