Your character does NOT have all subsystems at V
Your character does NOT have all appropriate support weapon skills at V
Your character does NOT have the skills for an appropriate T2 tank
Your character does NOT have essential support/nav/engineering skills

Also: NO characters over 35 mil SP

t2 hams, t2 heavy missiles, t2 tank, scimitar and logi 5 as well.

Be more clear what you want before you make a remark like that.

Because according to your current post this character reaches all of your requirements.

So im guessing you are either looking for hybrid weapons to suit current doctrines (Please state this)

Or, and I believe this to be the main reason, you are looking many potential characters that dont know their own value so you can low ball it for profit.
