cerberus fitting?

Looking for a basic cerberus set up for missions level 3.

Is it better to use heavy assault missle now instead of cruise?

Being that you can't fit cruise missiles on a cerb I don't know what you're asking.

A cerb will destroy most level 3 missions. You could structure tank it and still coast through no problem. Full rack of HAMs, missions specific hardeners with either LSE or medium booster plus lows full of BCS. The reason for LSE or medium shield booster is because you could probably buffer tank it through most level 3s.

fit 3 drones to your liking, this fit is designed to be cheap and cheerful, can add bling if you want to ofcourse, rigs are old, needs a bit more buffer for some missions like blockade hence the extender rig, rigor may work better but for level 3's I cant be bothered tweaking it.

Can add nano fiber in 1 low slot to make it more exciting to fly + remove adaptive invul field and replace with target painter

cerb can easily do lvl 4's..

lows: 4x bcu
mids: ab, invul (or rat spec), pith c-type medium shield booster (pretty cheap), shield boost amp, target painter
high's: 6x ham

rigs: 2x t2 rigor rigs to vaporize frigs ;)

Yes. If you have rigors on and go fight frigs it might not seem like much, but if you first fly without rigors then add them youll notice the difference.
