Hey guys I am an Orca pilot with decent skills, a mining barge with mining barge level 4, and most base refining skills to 4 with specific refining skills to at least 3, like veldspar reprocessing for example.


I am looking for aaround 2.5-3 or 4 bil (I have to pay transfer fee in plex).


Biding will start at 2 bil and buyout will be 3 bil but I am open to negotiation within reason.


Positive ISK balance, no kill rights, never been banned, currently in high security space, in NPC corp.

1B doesnt even cover the 2 plex character transfer price.

I do have to agree that even 3 billion is pushing the limit of what you will get for a 2,5mil sp character
