Hi all, whenever I try to enter the game, I get this error:

"The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support."

I've been looking around and can't seem to get a clear answer on how to sort it out, so any help on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated...

.. If it helps at all, I log in via steam.
