Keyboard shortuct to open jetcan / access storage etc

If you hover the mouse over the opening box iconon on say a corp hangar POS module it says "Access Storage []" or on a jetcan /wreck, "Open Cargo []"

I'm assuming that the brackets indicate that a shortcut can be assigned to this function but I can't find it anywhere in the shortcuts menu so can you assign this one and what's it called????

I was wondering exactly this thing yesterday.

Salvaged a mission, surrounded by 20+ jetcans, and had to click-move-click to open each jetcan. A shortcut would make this 10x easier and reduce the chance of excess papercuts.
