The formula that I can find for # of RP's per day I find is:

((Agent Skill + Your Skill)^2 * (1 + Effective Quality / 100)) * Area Bonus

However, the only calculator I can find for the most profitable agent is http://hussars-online.ru/eve/datacore.php. And, when I change my standings with the corps, the ISK/day does not increase. It only enables or disables the agents. Is the tool wrong? If so, does anyone have another tool? Or, is the equation wrong? If so, does anyone have it?

The tool is correct, in that it shows which level of agents you have access to. It doesn't care about standings beyond that.

The formula is also correct.

Your standing with the agent also applies as well.

I have a datacore calc in my program linked in my sig of you want to compare.

The formula contains effective quality.

Effective Quality = Base Quality + (5 * Negotiation) + Base Standing

Connections skill does not apply anymore.

Personal standing doesn't apply to R&D agents.

From personal experience, personal standing with the specific agent does have a very small impact on RP/day. The only way to boost it is slowly via the daily R&D missions.

Right, but what is Base Standing here? I'm using the base standing with the agent and connections applied. When you do that, the numbers come out to what is in game. Without, I'm off by a significant enough amount.

On May 19, they changed all agents to have the same quality (Base Quality = 20) but either before that or then, the standing with the R&D agent finally had a number. I remember before that it didn't apply nor did the personal standing but now I think it does.

I'd appreciate any clarification because I can't get it exact to what is in game and if I don't use the agent personal standing with connections applied, I can't get it close to what it is in game.

Here are my calcs:

Agent_Effective_Quality = Agent_Quality + (5 * Negotiation_Skill_Level) + Round_Down(AgentPersonalStanding)

Research_Points_Per_Day = Multiplier * ((1 + (Agent_Effective_Quality / 100)) * ((Core_Skill + Agent_Skill) ^ 2))

Looks like Agent Standing and Connections skill matters after all. Lots of references are wrong, so it may have changed(?)

RP/Day = ((Agent Level + Your Skill)^2 * (1 + (20 + 5 * Negotiation Skill + Agent Effective Standing) / 100)) * Multiplier

I've verified this with one of my agents (too lazy to check them all).

Note: Website doesn't have anywhere to enter effective standing.
