Ok I'm not sure if it should be in the "issues" section, but I'd need some help.

I made an alt 2 days ago, everything worked fine (contracts, money transfer etc) until yesterday. It seems every search engine I use (in-game "people&places) just can't find character's name, like it doesn't exist at all. Checked filters 100 times - it's fine. When I want to make a private contract the name can not be found too.

The character is on the same account as my main, subscibtion is paid of course, I can log on it etc.

Any1 had the similiar problem?

If you log onto the alt, can you find your main?

If yes add main to your contacts list and tick the send notification box.

Log onto your main and check your notifications. R-click your alts name from the notification and add to your main's contacts list.

You now have the alt on your mains contact list.

You could also send a mail from your alt to your main to get the alt onto your main's contact list.

Post the name of your alt here and lets see if anyone can find it for you.

Most likely solution is your spelling your alts name wrong when your search for it.

working here. trying clearing your cache. That seems to solve a lot of problems with the client.

I did just that already, then literally dragged the alt's name to the name's box in contract window. No results.

So no, no mispelling.

Very odd.

If you don't want to post the alt's name here, which is understandable, so other people can see if they can find it. I'd petition it and file a bug report.

Hope your alt stops hiding from you soon, you must of done something really nasty to it to make it hide from you.

I didn't get ticket response since yesterday so yeah, if it won't get fixed I guess I'll be forced to make another one.

Alt's name is Kane Shelka, try it.

That is very weird...

I can find you on Eve Gate Kane Shelka and send you a mail.

When I try in game it doesn't exist.

I'd wait for the petition to make sure it doesn't happen again. I'd be interested to know what happened when you find out as well.

I can find Kane Shelka in game now too.

No idea what the problem was, but it seems to have sorted itself.
