BEFORE POSTING YOUR TERRIBLE PILOTS, READ THIS LIST IN ITS ENTIRETY
I am looking for a VERY specific type of character. If you do not meet the following requirements please dont waste my time. However, just because you do meet these requirements does NOT mean I will overpay for your character.

Looking to buy some new pvp pilots. Budget wise, looking about up to like 75b

Things the pilot MUST have:
A good name
Multiracial (Order listed below)
Near perfect gunnery skills
Near perfect shield AND armor skills
Near perfect engineering skills
Good subcap drone skills

Things that would be NICE to have:
Near perfect sub BS ship command skills, T2 primarily (HAC, HIC, Interceptors, etc)
Leadership skills
decent killboard
Capital ship capability (Swaglfar preferred)

Things that I will NOT pay extra for and DONT want:
ANY industry skills
ANY resource processing skills
MOST Sciene skills (except Graviton Physics 5)


Preference for races from highest to lowest:
Gallente
Minmatar
Amarr
Caldari = Worstdari

How specific do you want your character to be?

Mine is as generalised as it gets ScoRpS he is a little over what you say you wanted but meets everything you want. I'm interested in what you think.
