Tears, fun decs, potential new friends, corp mates and what not. Seriously, Ore was the last thing that I ever cared about.

none of that has changed. literally none of it.

Rather than whining about how you dont have the stones to go suspect why dont you just do it anyways. If the miner attacks you get what you were looking for, you can even still use neutral RR and boosts. If you get attacked by someone else, you lose a cheap ship and have as much fun. Any potential for relationships and fun decs is still there. Stop worrying about your killboard efficiency so much.

and FYI, hardly anyone shoots suspects anyways.

CCP can you please make the can flipping in highsec as it was few years ago?

I know I can still take someones can in highsec, but I really don't want to be a target for everyone in eve for 15 mins once I do that.

It used to be fun back then doing this. Even those who lost their cans enjoyed hunting the can flippers. Not to mention the smack talk and the other stuff.

This was in fact the best thing to do when I had nothing else going on in eve. But now can flipping is not so fun because of the strange aggro rules.

If you're that starved for attention, just send out random duel demands and look which AFK-miner forgot to check that checkbox. After you got the first dozen barges, you win EVE.

With current aggro rules, the person who lost the can/wreck does not have to do anything. He can just wait for others to go after the can flipper. This itself changes the whole scenario. So you telling us that nothing has changed is not true.

So make friends with and/or war dec the one that DOES attack you. geez!

Or find another way to make friends and instigate war decs.

this is truly pathetic.

I am not starved for attention. I just want to have some can flipping fun. Random duels or AFK miners wont do it.

So you want duels, but you want duels with a silly name? Just call duelling "can flipping", case closed. Cool

the miner never had to do anything. just because you flipped his can he didnt have to attack you, and still doesnt.

the dynamic has only changed where someone outside of that mining corp can attack you. why would that at all stop you making friends with the miner and the guy who eventually attacks you?

And yet I've seen an orca saunter up to a jetcan that had nothing of value in it and watched as not a single person with guns reacted to such a fat, slow, juicy target going suspect. I seldom see anyone engage suspects except for noobs who fall for the baiters on station undocks.

How about you explain to us how your idea is anything but more carebear whining that there's too much risk involved in your chosen play style? Your idea is nothing but crying to CCP because you don't want to hurt your precious killboard rating by going suspect. You should also note, keeping from getting killed while having a suspect flag is stupidly easy.

As for your baseless claim that I'm afraid of highsec can flippers, I'm not quite sure how that could possibly be. When you consider I live in nullsec and the only actions I take in highsec are a Jita trade alt and a DST pilot for when I find a nice wormhole to highsec, I fail to see how any form of logic would conclude I'm afraid of you.

So you don't even play in high sec which pretty much means you know anything about can flipping. So why were you saying "nothing has changed"?

Ha, please. I've been everywhere and done damn near everything there is to do in EvE. I've likely forgotten more about this game then you have learned, and more than once I've changed "career tracks" because I felt the one I was on got nerfed too hard.

I adapted.

I damn well didn't come onto forums and start shiptoasting and *****ing about how bad a particular nerf was trying to get it changed back, especially not almost 2 years after the change.

Deal with it, or Get The **** Out. You had a chance to say something two years ago. This is too little, too late, and only makes you look like a whiny little carebear.

What's the difference between a nullbear and a carebear? A nullbear looks at the situation and thinks, "How can I turn this to my advantage?" A carebear posts a whiny thread on forums in an effort to get CCP to make changes. Wanna guess which you are?

My My this one is getting down right toxic.

I don't even play the PvP side of the game and I wish the old can flip rules were still in place. I had hours of fun sitting in belts tormenting many of the hapless idiots that used to call themselves can flippers damn I miss those days.

lol, they can't do that without making jet can mining relevant again. Right now it's totally unnecessary.

If you live in high sec Gallente and want endless pvp just go to Orvolle and take the PF gate or go to Stacmon and fly to Ostingele.
Don't get me wrong, i don't care how you play, but if you are complaining about lack of pvp i'm giving some options if you don't want to travel 20 jumps to find a fight.
