Launcher can't connect, let alone the .exe itself. Is there something I missed?

Is it just my computer, or is it really down for an extended period of time without any announcement?

EDIT: eve-offline says TQ is up, but nothing explains why I can't connect...

As usual I suggest powering down your modem for a few seconds ...

Even a dev suggests it somewhere in the depths of the forums.

Try hitting your computer case with a hammer. Electronics are like children. If you're too gentle and lenient with them, they misbehave. If you whack the hell out of 'em, they'll do what they're told. Lol

If I knew how VPNs work, I would suggest trying that.

If someone who knows more about them reads this ...
... maybe he can jump in and help out?

Everyone I've heard say they can't connect get the 'port 26000' error. No idea what that means.

This would totally explain that random line in the launcher code I found!

LauncherPlayerExclusion=Liafcipe9000

This explains how it must be just you.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

I've just had the same problem and have tracked it down to Malware installing itself on the PC.

Run a cleaner program and it shoul then see the server.
