Logging in Establish connection to Server Freeze

Was wondering if anyone else is having this problem of freezing at the Log in screen.
The loading bar goes all the way to the right but nothing happens.

Did this, maybe this might help you to.
restart pc making sure no eve clients or programs are running, find the repair.exe in your ccp folder and run it.
that did it for me.
