Budget: 40Bill ISK

Need:

  • All subcaps to 5 (frig, destroyer, crusier, etc...)
  • Perfect guns/missiles/armor/shields/nav/fitting skills

Nice, but not needed:

  • Dreadnoughts
  • Fleet buffs
  • Trading
  • Standings for lv4 missions

Not wanted:

  • Industry skills (mining/building/refining)
  • Supercapitals and carriers
