tracking or sig radius changes with oceanus?

So last night i was bored and decided to help a corp member shoot some red crosses in a c2.
We did a combat site and data site.
I have a myrm set up with tech2 gardes and bouncers and 2 omnidirectional tracking links ( 1 is scripted for tracking speed, the other is generic).
Long story short, i couldn't hit sleeper frigs at 40km with gardes in either site and i'm pretty sure i could before the patch.
Anyone else experience this?

Can you remember exactly what sleeper frigs it was you couldnt hit

i think the sites were perimeter checkpoint and transponder farm.
the frigs were emergent patroller / escort

similar issue but its in c1 class in "the line" combat site third and last vawe of sleepers is cap neutralizing all of them and from time to time theey seem to repair each other before udpate the last spawn in "the line" wasnt cap neutralizing at all.

You can pull the data which sleeper you missed fom the combatlogs.
Also iirc at 40 they should still be MWDing, were they maybe using some strange orbit with MWD on?

Last spawn of The Line should have always been neuting and running selfrep.
