Some possibilities making life of small groups in distant space a bit easier (after change in distant travel):

1) Increase Blackops jump and portal range (for easier bridging of Blockade Runners)
2) Give Jump Freighters ability to jump to a Covert Cyno (so that sneaking large cargo through enemy territory would be possible)

This doesn't really go with role they should play but it's very interesting idea.

I think with the new fantastic change it would. Rorquals will be able to fill the same role as JFs - of course not as efficiently in terms of regular cargo hauling - so JFs could get some nice addition that would give them possibility to have some special advantage (they are T2 ships after all). Jumping to Covert Cynos would be quite nice for sneaking things through enemy lands.

And about Black Ops - all that would be needed is to increase their jump/bridge range to 10 Ly, which would mean that jumping/bridging Blockade Runner from Konora to LXQ and from Saminer to T-NN would be possible. Of course, Blockade Runners cannot haul so much, but they would be primarily used to bring only things that cannot be found in some places, like Technetium in Stain. With the new change, everything that can be acquired/produced in particular space, will be done there, not just easily imported using Black Frog Logistics.

Also, jumping/bridging to Covert Cyno sould not generate Fatique.
