Just a simple table of jump fatigue timers, assuming you jump the instant you are able. The formula used is (Tc-(Tc*.1)*(ly+1)) and where Tc is current timer and ly is the light years jumped.

1LY
jumps

  1. 2 min
  2. 3.6 min
  3. 6.48 min
  4. 11.66 min
  5. 21 min

2LY
Jumps

  1. 3 min
  2. 8.1 min
  3. 21.9 min
  4. 59.05 min
  5. 159.4 min

3 LY
Jumps

  1. 4 min
  2. 14.4 min
  3. 41 min
  4. 147.4 min
  5. 530.84 min

4 LY
Jumps

  1. 5 min
  2. 22.5 min
  3. 68.75 min
  4. 309.38 min
  5. 1392.19 min

5 LY
Jumps

  1. 6 min
  2. 32.4 min
  3. 174.9 min
  4. 944.78 min
  5. 5101.83 min

As you can see, max range jumps hurt in terms of how long it takes to cool down after repeated jumps.

THE PAIN!!!
OMG THE PAIN!!

Will you all massunsub?

That ringing in your ears you're experiencing right now is the last gasping breathe of a dying inner ear as it got thoroughly PULVERISED by the point roaring over your head at supersonic speeds. - Tippia

I'm just a highsec bear, so I don't care. I just did the math, noticed it wasn't on the forums and posted. its also painful enough, and the way I did the math makes it easy to create variations, so i figured I'd toss some stuff into F&I.

Into F&I is good.
This doesn't belong here.

Please tell them that Sol said Hi, okay? :D

This is discussion on the math, thought thats the sort of thing that went here. the F&I thread is things to (somewhat) alieviate this, so that 2 jumps a day dissipates, because that seems about right to me.

Only if you are stupid enough to not let the fatigue hit zero after each jump.

I have also noticed those making spreadsheets are horrible at consistently accounting for the decay in the fatigue timer while waiting for the cooldown. Like what the hell guys and girls? Why can't you all account for this?

I'll assume it's just as fatiguing reading your post as it is jumping 24 times to get to Jita.

Paradise is like where you are right now, only much, much better.

This is in the equation. Equation is current fatigue - (.1 * current fatigue) X (ly jumped +1). Most of the spreadsheets account for it, and yes, mine is a worst case, "jump as soon as you can" timer.

Not no math, but simple, allegbriac math of limited complexity.
In short,
2 variables, one constant.

EDIT- The new meta will be get people to jump somewhere and get them stuck there while someone moves somewhere else.

Do those times include waiting for the previous timer?

....I can't read

e: I have a feeling fatigue timers are going to be like sec status. Some bragging about it others never noticing it's effects.

Just jump every hour and you'll never escalate to stupid numbers. That's 6 minutes on JF's.
