Out of all the things in eve do we really need to make moving battleships in high sec a priority? Why are you constantly moving battleships? In what scenario do you need to move 3 battleships every day?

No captain can do very wrong if he places his ship alongside that of an Enemy

Incursions for one. It's also handy for alliances/corps that move around frequently.

Also consider people doing gun running for people who are slammed by war decs. Incursions. People running missions in different areas, et cetera.
