Titan must anchor at a planet. 24 hour timer, system beacon. timer doesnt decay during any downtimes. cannot be remote capped but can be remote repped. After 24 hours, 1 level of sov.

So are you saying a titan should be needed to claim sov?

Sov is needed before you can make a titan....

im no null sec or titan pilot but that makes watching paint dry sound interesting.

Obvious contradiction has already been noted, but the best way to improve sov is to take it out behind the shed and put it down.
