disabling clone-taxi leads to inability to fast moving low-sp cyno characters for jump freighters. CCP, please, disable jump clones only for high-sp characters or do something to our low-sp cyno characters will not be affected. thanks.

This wont be changing our borders. I have already figured out how to get a dreadnought to roam as fast as a cruiser fleet moves and keep it combat effective. Carriers are also rather simple to alter to have them move as fast as a battleship fleet and pack the needed punch.

Soo 500 > 1000 man fleet staging then moving gate to gate = the most boring lag. This is utterly fail and the moronic goons in here saying it changes nothing for them, are idiots....

I will be selling all my stuffs and just flying in low sec with my supers till they are all dead. Then selling chars till only one left.

Much needed = you do not fully understand whats happening right now.

This changes nothing in the sense, there will still be a mexican standoff between the super powers.

I just cancelled my rental apartment for Fanfest next year, game will be dead in 2 years due to poor vision.

He probably wont care because these changes have nothing to do with you, they are about good game mechanics.

The good thing about it is the dread pilot can skill jcal to 5 while waiting to align back down to the gate. Each time you come across a bubbled system. And you'll be forced to kill all bubbles that are directly on gates too...unless you've found a way to make your phoenix' burn as fast as a cruiser to the gate.

I mean its possible sure, but, if you are really treating dreads to go with a cruiser fleet....well....any enemy cruiser fleet won't be having any trouble at all intercepting you. None at all.

Its going to be for battleships mainly but it can do cruiser roams and lets face it, who is expecting a roaming dread.

I see what they are trying to do but gimping capital jump range/time isn't the way to do it.

Increase the known galaxy.
remove the stupid static r64 moons and put in mods that mine different types of minerals.
Ohh and did I mention expand the known galaxy.
Also remove this lame sov system and put back the old one, more POS = control.

You could easily make CPU and PWG costs of the moon mining mods reduce the capabilities of the POS making the mining ones more vulnerable and more costly to run. Plenty of other ideas besides making it take longer to jump a capital ship around space. Using the gates that's cool but this whole jump timer idea I don't dig.

The problem is the R64 moons and the way SOV is gained and loss. Time it takes to react or attack isn't.

You would have far more timers, and far more grinding with the old pos system. I'm glad that's gone.
Now the reality sinks in: If you can't divide your forces and successfully defend multiple locations independantly, then something is gonna give.

So as long as you are willing to risk your freighters then so be it, where as your combat units are limited by mass fuel and other such logistics. Like I said just a idea.

These are the three to fix. And stating with Jump ranges is a good start. But the three mentioned above need the most.

1. Corp management - some ideas follow

A. Instead of broker fees going to NPC's if you are in a Corp. it should go to a Corp. Broker ( sort of like a tax rate ).
B. Maybe Allow more ways to allow or limit access to more stations ( or Pos's ), then just HQ - Based at or other.
C. Alliance hangars, that you can assign CEO's or directors of the Corps in you alliance access to.
D. More accurate update on Last sign on of pilots.

2. POS's

A. Bring back the charge rate of use of modules. and Add alliance back, and make this work unlike before. Such as if they don't have access to Alliance wallet the funds for use come out of their personal wallet.
B. Maybe allow access and use by Corp / Alliance and maybe even by pilot.

3. SOV

A. Maybe take away notifications. or Limit them to the Military or Industrial index. So no LvL in system then no notification , Lvl 1 then maybe 72 hours and the higher the lvl then the shorter the time.
B. Stations need to be destructible. Reason being. Not only would it keep Station market moving. Also if you don't like the one up and does not suit you, then you can build the one you need.

Just some thoughts. Fly safe and lets have fun with this new change.
